What We Do

From the 1st of March 2021 the brand new RICS Home Survey Standards will come into effect, so to support the new surveying standards, RICS will be launching new versions of the Home Survey reports, the old suite of surveys will be phased out by October 2021 and the new reports will be the gold standard.

With these new standards it is our aim to deliver not only increased clarity to the process but more open communication which will ensure that our clients fully understand the process and the different levels of surveys available, and what is included in each one, so they get the survey that they need.

Moreover, the report is populated with a traffic light system for easier understanding.

Customer Fees

Survey standards in the UK have recently been update, they are now called Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3, they are more detailed and cost between £500* to £1,525* on average, depending on the type of house survey you choose, the level of detail you require, the property value and the location of the property
